Zoom in to Rosenberg Library for reading and art fun in conjunction with featured exhibitions at Galveston Arts Center. Each art program is unique and art materials need to be picked up from the library in advance.
In this week’s program, students in grades 3-6 will take a look at a book from the library’s children’s collection and see how the themes mirror that of Mari Hernandez’s Figments of Truth. Then, Mari will lead an activity that involves students creating composite portraits using layered drawings.
Pre-registration required; one child per registration. Space is limited.
