FeatherFest Party

Presented in partnership with FeatherFest

Ages 7-12

March 23 2:30 - 4:30

Join us for an exciting day filled with artistic exploration and nature-inspired fun.

Unleash your child's creativity as they design their own canvas bag. With a variety of art supplies provided, they can personalize their bag with vibrant colors, imaginative drawings, and unique patterns. It's a chance for every participant to showcase their artistic flair and create a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.

GAC’s Teaching artist will guide the young artists in learning fundamental nature drawing techniques. From capturing the delicate details of feathers to sketching the beauty of leaves and flowers, children will enhance their artistic skills while being inspired by the wonders of nature.

Head over to FeatherFest.com to find a variety of field trips, workshops and activities. Students are encouraged to bring their personalized canvas bag, nature journal, and sketching pencil on a FeatherFest event. This adventure will provide them with the opportunity to observe and sketch the enchanting beauty of nature, turning their artistic creations into a tangible connection with the great outdoors.
