Do you have a child who loves making up characters? Do they like buying anime figures, blind box figures, or capsule toys? We can help them make their own! In this 6-week class, students ages 8-12 will learn how to plan and sketch out their dream figures, build a metal skeleton, mold clay, and paint their own custom toy design.

POLICIES
ENROLLMENT DEADLINE: August 13 2025
Late enrollment IS accepted, however some materials may not be ready at first class.
Registration Fees will not be refunded.
In the rare event of cancellation due to unavoidable circumstances, a reasonable effort will be made to schedule a make-up class session on an alternate date, or the class fee (less any classes already held) will be credited to the customer’s account.
Group communications/announcements are conducted by email to the address entered at registration. Individual communications may be handled by phone/text.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Teachers, counsellors, etc. may nominate a student with whom they are professionally acquainted for a partial scholarship if they can attest to the the student’s interest in the subject and financial need. The student’s parent/legal guardian will be notified and given further instructions. You may not nominate your own child, dependent, or other close relation.

For liability reasons, please do not register a student who is a minor unless you are their parent or legal guardian.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Janae Pulliam is a 6th generation Galvestonian with a background in graphic design, communications, and non-profits. She was the first Black communications professional at the City of Galveston, the Galveston County Health District, and the Rosenberg Library. Locals may have seen her work in the Health District’s COVID-19 updates and the Rosenberg Library’s social media and graphic design from 2021–2024. Pulliam has worked with organizations including the Nia Cultural Center, Moody Methodist, and the Galveston Island Humane Society. She enjoys reading about cultures and theology, trying new crafts, and playing video games with friends.
