Open Studio Night
Every month on the 2nd Friday: The GAC education department's version of an open house: un-structured creative and social time with friends, supplies, refreshments and (sometimes live) music.

Galveston Arts Center continuously reviews proposals from artists who wish to lead art workshops, classes and presentations.

Volunteering is a great way to meet other art enthusiests and, in many cases, get FREE admission to classes, festivals and invitation-only parties. A Galveston Arts Center staff member will contact to confirm your committement, fill you in on the details, and answer any questions. More Information.
